    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Based on the company's strategy, streamline and optimize the corresponding financial management system, processes, risk management, and policies, and design end-to-end processes for financial settlement, accounting, analysis, and reporting;

    2. Streamline financial accounting logic and processes to improve financial accounting efficiency;

    3. Manage the financial data settlement, accounting, analysis, compliance management, and internal control management logic of various overseas subsidiaries, channels, and platforms;

    4. Responsible for integrated business and finance work, connecting the functions of business, finance, products and other parties to ensure that all business activities meet the needs of accounting, settlement and analysis.

    5. Promote the implementation and operation of relevant systems and processes in business departments to improve collaboration efficiency;

    6. Regularly diagnose and optimize financial processes and policies to enhance the company's financial planning capabilities and provide information support for major decisions;

    7. Cooperate in promoting the company's development.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university, with at least 5 years of relevant finance experience;

    2. Solid practical experience in accounting, taxation, financial analysis and other financial-related modules, which can effectively guide the team's work and improve professional skills and problem-solving abilities;

    3. Possesses a business perspective and has a deep understanding of the integration of financial resource strategy and business strategy;

    4. Possesses strong systematic thinking and logical abstraction abilities, understands the complexity of things, and can consider problems from a holistic perspective;

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Based on the company's development strategy, organize and formulate short-, medium-, and long-term human resources work plans, develop a complete set of human resources management systems, and organize their implementation;

    2. Establish and improve the human resource management system, and formulate and implement human resource management regulations (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, etc.);

    3. Responsible for the overall daily operations of the company's human resources department, as well as the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of department employees;

    4. Regularly provide senior decision-makers with specialized advice on human resource strategy, organizational development, and administrative management, providing human resource information support for major company decisions.

    5. Strengthen the company's human resource forecasting and overall planning, and rationally adjust the organizational structure, personnel structure, and salary and benefits based on the operating conditions and market situation of each project;

    6. Responsible for building the core team and key personnel of the business teams within the company, and promoting the core talent development plan within the company.;

    7. Responsible for departmental team management, skilled in identifying and selecting various mid-to-senior level talents, and improving the company's talent pool and succession planning;

    8. Promptly handle major issues in the company's human resources and administration, and be responsible for the company's corporate culture development;

    9. Standardize and improve the company's administrative management system, formulate and improve various administrative systems, and provide various administrative and logistical support.

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field;

    2. Five years or more of relevant work experience;

    3. Possesses a systematic understanding and practical experience in human resource management models, has advanced human resource concepts, and can guide the work of various functional modules; experience in group-level management is preferred.

    4. Possesses exceptional leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding organizational, coordination, and analytical judgment skills;

    5. Familiar with relevant national and regional laws, regulations, and policies;
